This is the first in what I hope will be a series of book reviews.
Summary: One Little Sheep is a haunting story of alienation from the point of view of juvenile livestock. Driven mad by sleep deprivation, a disoriented lamb begins talking to inanimate objects in a desperate attempt to ease his existential suffering, but their silence drives him further into the wilderness. I won't ruin the ending for you, but I'll just say it raises more questions than it answers.
My rating: The colorful cardboard pages have a delightfully chewy texture, although it becomes slippery if slobbered on. I give it four stars.
