Welcome back to Cooking With Shuntaro! Today I will show you how to prepare a delicate midwestern amuse-bouche. Take a salty extruded corn product (I recommend a Bugle sans nacho cheese powder), have a grownup or other manservant fill its tiny cone with aerosol whipped cream, and then place a single pistachio on top. Delightfully addictive!
